Meet the Team
President
Jackie Yahner
Jackie has been with Rogue since the very beginning, stepping out of her comfort zone and discovering the joy of running with a community. She’s passionate about making every member feel welcome, supported, and encouraged to chase big goals. When she’s not helping Rogue grow, you’ll find Jackie pacing long runs, cheering on members, or celebrating her own adventures, including conquering Dopey — 48.6 miles over four magical days! When not running, she can be found keeping up with all things Bravo and firmly believes that recovery days pair best with reality TV drama.
Founder/Past President
Rick Raeder
Rick founded Rogue Runners in 2020 with a vision of building an inclusive, welcoming, and fun community. He has grown the club from the ground up — establishing its foundation, expanding programs for runners and walkers of all paces and abilities, and fostering a culture centered on connection and support. Through his leadership, Rick has helped create lifelong friendships, meaningful community partnerships, and a club that values showing up for one another both on and off the run.
Vice President
Lori Randolph
Lori began running in 2008, first lacing up for 5Ks that supported charitable causes. In 2024, she achieved an incredible milestone by completing a half marathon in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Along the way, she’s found joy in pacing local races and helping fellow runners chase big goals. Lori believes the very best part of being in a run club is the friendships built mile after mile. When she’s not running, she works as a Title and Escrow Agent and can usually be found hanging out with her bulldog, Reese.
Secretary
Chrissy Coll Burholt
Chrissy is a proud OG member of the Pittsburgh Rogue Runners. She started running in 2011 as part of a relay team and has since completed four full marathons. She loves group runs because the miles always go faster with friends — and through running, she’s made lifelong friendships.
When she’s not running, Chrissy is busy planning trips to warmer destinations so she can race somewhere sunny.

Leslie Hardy
Social Media and Communications
Leslie started running in 2013 and completed her first half marathon in 2016. Since then, she has completed seven full marathons. She joined Pittsburgh Rogue Runners & Walkers in 2020 and values the club’s commitment to community, encouragement, and inclusivity. In her role as Communications and Social Media Director, Leslie looks forward to supporting current and future members while strengthening connections with local partners and the broader running community.
Member at Large
Rachel Krenek
Dr. Rachel Krenek began running in 2019 with the goal of completing a 5K. She and her mom started training together but quickly realized they needed the accountability of others—this is when they met Rick. He was forming a group of interval runners, and Rachel and her mom immediately joined, becoming some of the first members of Rogue. Since then, Rachel has not only achieved her 5K goal but has also tackled marathons and half marathons, all with the support of the Rogues! You can often find her swapping stories with the Turtle Group, distributing club member t-shirts, and planning Mod Monday runs.
Member at Large
Yana Mednik
Yana has been part of Rogue since its very foundation and has been a steady, behind-the-scenes force in keeping our club running smoothly. As our go-to for shirt distribution, she helps make sure members feel connected and proud to wear Rogue wherever they go. Outside of club duties, Yana is on an inspiring journey to run a race in all 50 states — and she’s already well on her way. Known for her reliability, encouragement, and love of the adventure that running brings, Yana embodies the spirit of Rogue both on the road and within our community.
Member at Large
Theresa Fasbinder
Teresa keeps us all in the loop with the latest news and events as the Rogue newsletter editor—and yes, she makes it look effortless! A former track athlete in high school, she joined Rogues as a fun way to meet new people and make friends while staying active in Pittsburgh. She ran her first half marathon on the challenging Rabid Raccoon course in 2024, proving she’s always up for a good challenge. When she’s not helping the group stay connected, Teresa enjoys life with her husband and their beloved dogs.
