Member Code of Conduct

At Pittsburgh Rogue Runners (PRR), we believe running and walking are for everyone—whether you sprint, stroll, or do a mix of both. Our community thrives on inclusivity, support, and having fun while staying safe. To keep PRR a welcoming and safe space for all, members agree to the following Code of Conduct:

1. Respect & Inclusivity

  • Treat all members, volunteers, and community partners with courtesy and respect.

  • Welcome participants of all paces, backgrounds, identities, and abilities.

  • Encourage fellow members, especially those new to the club or returning from a break.

2. Zero Tolerance for Harassment or Unsafe Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited at all PRR activities and online spaces:

  • Yelling, taunting, intimidation, or threats

  • Abusive, vulgar, or discriminatory language

  • Racial, ethnic, gender-based, or identity-based slurs
